Shipping policy

We ship using third party suppliers. We share your details with the shipper so we can seamless work to have your item shipped to you in a timely fashion.

All shipping is on a "one man and a van" basis. If you are unable to help with unloading the item, please let us know at the time of booking and we will make arrangements for you. Similarly if you have stairs or any impediments to a quick, safe and easy delivery, please let us know so we can prepare for them. 

Shipping is usually organised based on regions, and we let you know what day of the week it is possible with a few days notice. We provide you with a delivery time slot the evening before, and we keep you up to date with how we are tracking and when we are on our way to you. Please be patient with us, as traffic and other unforseen circumstances can arise, but please know that we are at all times wanting to ensure you are happy with our service. Your experience is important to us, if for some reason we fall short, please email Tania at tania@upcycld.com.au and we will rectify the issue.
