Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ALWAYS make it right.
Should there be an issue with your item, we will always repair it either on site at your premises if at all possible, or at our workshop and we will return it to you at no cost to you. You can shop with confidence.
You can always contact us at tania@upcycld.com.au to discuss any questions or feedback you have. We want you to be happy with your purchase and the customer service that you receive, and will go the extra mile to achieve that.
Change of mind, returns on sale items and gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these items.
Refunds
We will be in contact once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
