Ok this piece is a special one… a fabulous example of the craftsmanship & design of John Grimes, an Australian furniture maker who was a highly respected furniture designer and maker in the mid century design period, the 1960’s. His works are highly sought after to this day and are hard to come across. This piece has been reimagined in a bold black hue with the lattice work taken off, hand sanded down, and stained to really make it pop! The legs have been sanded back and stained in a beautiful walnut colour. This piece is one of a kind, and can be used as a buffet / sideboard / tv cabinet / or in an entry way. This piece is refinished using the best primers, paints, top coats and sprayed through a professional spray gun for a flawless finish.
